采用ANSYS Maxwell电磁场仿真软件,建立螺旋线圈和跑道线圈型电磁超声换能器(EMAT)的二维有限元模型,分析了在2 mHz的激励频率下,线圈导线宽度改变对试件表面涡流分布的影响。结果表明,对于跑道线圈等可简化为平面坐标系下二维模型的线圈而言,导致线圈中电流分布不均匀的主要因素是相邻导线中电流造成的感抗,当每匝导线截面宽度小于1 mm时,导线中电流可看作是均匀电流,不影响试件表面涡流分布。对于螺旋线圈等可简化为二维轴对称模型的线圈,导致线圈中电流分布不均的主要因素是线圈的环形结构,当每匝导线截面宽度小于0.3 mm时,线圈中的电流可以看作均布电流,不影响试件表面涡流分布。 |

By using ANSYS Maxwell electromagnetic field simulation software, the two-dimensional finite element models of the spiral-coil and racetrack-coil type electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer (EMAT) were established respectively, and the effects of coil-wire width on the eddy current distribution on the surface of the specimen were analyzed with the excitation frequency at 2 mHz. The results show that for racetrack-coil and other coils that can be simplified as a two-dimensional model in a plane coordinate system, the main factor that causes uneven current distribution in the coil is the inductive reactance caused by the current in adjacent wires. When the cross-sectional width of each turn of the wire is less than 1 mm, the current in the wire can be regarded as a uniform current and does not affect the eddy current distribution on the surface of the test piece. For coils such as spiral coil that can be simplified as a two-dimensional axisymmetric model, the main factor that causes uneven current distribution in the coil is the loop structure of the coil. When the width of each turn of the wire is less than 0.3 mm, the current in the coil can be regarded as uniformly distributed current, which does not affect the result of eddy current on the surface of the test piece. |
