分别以氨水、NaOH和Na2CO3组合以及尿素为沉淀剂,采用水热法制备了Ni/Al水滑石粉体材料,并且以尿素为沉淀剂时,可在钛片、铁钴镍合金片、陶瓷片及玻璃片等多种基底上直接获得Ni/Al水滑石纳米片薄膜。分析结果表明,尿素的水解可以缓慢释放出氢氧根和碳酸根,相对温和的沉淀反应有利于Ni/Al水滑石材料的种晶黏附在基底上,从而形成薄膜。 |

Ni/Al layered double hydroxides (Ni/Al-LDHs) powder materials were prepared via hydrothermal method by employing ammonia, combination of NaOH and Na2CO3, urea as the precipitation agents,respectively, and Ni/Al-LDHs nanosheet films were directly formed on various substrates such as Ti foil,Fe-Co-Ni alloy foil,ceramic wafer and glass slide by using urea precipitation agents. Analysis results show that OH- and CO2-3 are gradually released from the hydrolysis of urea,and the precipitation reaction is mild enough for Ni/Al-LDHs seeds to adhere on substrates, thereby forming a thin film. |
