      本文利用精密加工方法在铝合金表面加工出不同的织构,通过摩擦磨损试验研究了表面织构形态对试样动压润滑、摩擦磨损特性的影响。结果表明,铝合金表面织构化可以有效地改善其摩擦学特性。条纹状织构深度越深,动压润滑效果越好,摩擦系数越小,磨损深度越浅;当网状织构夹角由小变大时,试件表面摩擦系数呈现抛物线变化,磨损深度随之增大。

      Different textures were processed on the surface of aluminum alloy by precision machining methods, and the effects of surface texture on the dynamic pressure lubrication and friction and wear characteristics of the samples were studied through friction and wear tests. The results show that the texture of the aluminum alloy surface can effectively improve the tribological properties of the alloy. The deeper the stripe texture depth, the better the dynamic pressure lubrication effect, the smaller the friction coefficient, and the shallower the wear depth. When the angle of the mesh texture changes from small to large, the friction coefficient changes parabolically and the depth of wear increases accordingly.
