利用SolidWorks软件建立偏转板伺服阀前置级流场模型,运用ICEM和Fluent软件计算分析前置级接收孔处圆角大小、偏转板厚度以及偏转板位置对偏转板伺服阀前置级压力特性的影响。结果表明,适当减小前置级接收孔处圆角半径,有利于提高偏转板伺服阀的灵敏度,当接收孔处圆角半径为0.05 mm时,前置级恢复压力曲线和压力差曲线的线性度最好,偏转板伺服阀的灵敏度最高;适当增加偏转板厚度,有利于提高偏转板伺服阀前置级的恢复压力,但会降低偏转板伺服阀的灵敏度;偏转板向左上偏转一定角度时,偏转板伺服阀前置级左右接收孔存在压力差,会导致作用于滑阀的合力不为零,不利于阀芯运动的控制。 |

By using SolidWorks software to model the pre-stage flow field of the deflector servo valve, the influence of the receiving hole size of pre-stage, thickness and position of the deflector on the pressure characteristics of the pre-stage of deflector servo valve were calculated and analyzed by employing ICEM and Fluent software. The results show that reducing the radius of the fillet at the receiving hole of the pre-stage appropriately is beneficial to improving the sensitivity of the deflector servo valve. When the radius of the fillet at the receiving hole is 0.05 mm, pressure curve and pressure difference curve of the receiving stage show the best linearity, and the deflector servo valve has the highest sensitivity. Increasing the thickness of the deflector properly will assist in raising the recovery pressure of the pre-stage of the deflector servo valve, but it will reduce the sensitivity of the deflector servo valve. When the deflector is deflected to the upper left at a certain angle, there exists a pressure difference between the left and right receiving holes of the pre-stage of the deflector servo valve, which will cause the total force acting on the spool valve not to equal zero, making it disadvantageous to the control of the spool movement. |
