      针对单辊驱动四辊冷轧平整机轧制过程中辊系的水平振动问题,本文考虑装配间隙、轧辊偏移距和非线性阻尼等影响因素,建立了平整机辊系水平振动非线性动力学模型,并考察了平整机水平振动机制以及轧制工艺参数对辊系水平振动的影响规律。通过现场实测某单辊驱动冷轧平整机的振动信号可以发现,其辊系水平振动呈发散状态,工作辊尤其下工作辊水平振动剧烈,测试结果与同条件下轴承座开式约束时的辊系水平振动仿真结果相吻合,模型的有效性和准确性得到验证;另一方面,轴承座闭式约束可有效减轻轧辊水平振动,此时,轧制工艺参数波动也会对辊系水平振动产生影响,且轧制速度的影响效果最为显著。

      Aimed at the horizontal vibration problem of a four-roll cold temper mill driven by a single-roll during the cold rolling process, the nonlinner dynamic model of the horizontal vibration of the roll system was established by considering the influencing factors including the assembly clearance, roll offset and nonlinear damping. The horizontal vibration mechanism as well as the influence of rolling process parameters on the horizontal vibration of the roll system were investigated accordingly. Through the on-site measurement of the vibration signals of a single-roll driven cold rolling temper mill, it’s found that the horizontal vibration of this roll system is in a divergent state, and the horizontal vibration of the working rolls, especially the lower working roll, are severe. The measured results are consistent with the simulation results of the roll system in the presence of the open constraint of bearing chock, and the validity and accuracy of the established model are therefore verified. On the other hand, the closed constraint of bearing chock can effectively reduce the horizontal vibration of the roll system. At the same time, the fluctuation of the rolling process parameters can also have effects on the horizontal vibration of the roll system, and the influence of rolling speed turns to be the most significant.
