采用低温高磁感取向硅钢(Hi-B钢),分别于660、770、900 ℃三个温度下进行渗氮试验。借助SEM、EDS、EPMA等技术,对比研究了不同渗氮温度下硅钢中“获得抑制剂”的析出行为及分布情况。结果表明,较低的渗氮温度有利于钢中渗氮量的提高;660、770 ℃下渗氮试样表层的析出相主要为Si3N4,而900 ℃下渗氮试样表层析出相主要为(Al,Si)N。660 ℃下渗氮形成的Si3N4析出相最多,分布于晶内和晶界处,770 ℃下渗氮形成的Si3N4主要分布于晶界处,而900 ℃下形成的Si3N4大部分已经转化为(Al,Si)N。 |

The nitriding test was carried out at three temperatures of 660,0 and 900 ℃ by using low-temperature high-magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel (Hi-B steel). With the aid of SEM, EDS, EPMA, etc, the precipitation behavior and distribution of the “obtained inhibitors” in silicon steel at different nitriding temperatures were investigated comparatively. The results show that, lower nitriding temperature is beneficial to the increase of nitride content in Hi-B steel. When nitriding at 660 and 770 ℃, the precipitates in the surface layer of the samples are mainly Si3N4; however, the precipitates are detected as (Al, Si)N in the surface layer of the sample when nitriding at 900 ℃. Moreover, the number of Si3N4 phase precipitated in the sample nitrided at 660 ℃ turns out to be the most, distributed mainly in the grain inner or at the grain boundary; when nitriding at 770 ℃, the formed Si3N4 precipitates are mainly distributed at the grain boundary; however, most of Si3N4 formed at the nitriding temperature of 900 ℃ has been transformed into (Al, Si)N. |
