      通过干、湿交替周期浸润试验和浸泡试验,结合腐蚀形貌观察和电化学测试,对A710高强耐候钢母材和焊接接头在模拟海洋大气环境(3.5%NaCl溶液)中的耐蚀性能差异进行了研究。结果表明,A710钢焊接接头不同区域的显微组织存在明显差异,即母材主要为铁素体,热影响区主要由铁素体和贝氏体组成,还有大量M-A岛,焊缝区则主要为贝氏体及少量针状铁素体,这种组织的不均匀性使得A710钢的焊接接头区域在3.5%NaCl溶液中形成了众多微电偶腐蚀电池,而多个微电偶腐蚀电池耦合会导致焊接接头发生宏观电偶腐蚀,焊缝和热影响区为阳极,母材为阴极;电偶腐蚀的存在则导致A710钢焊接接头在模拟海洋大气环境中的平均腐蚀速率高于母材。

      Through dry/wet cycling immersion test and immersion test, combined with corrosion morphology observation and electrochemical analysis, the corrosion resistance differences between base metal and welded joint of A710 high strength weathering steel in simulated marine atmosphere (3.5%NaCl) were investigated. The results show that, the different zones of A710 welded joint exhibit different charasterisctics in microstructure. Base metal zone consists mainly of ferrite, heat affected zone consists of ferrite, bainite and M-A lands, and weld seam consists of bainite and acicular ferrite. This imhomogeneity of microstructure will cause the formation of numbers of micro-galvanic corrosion cells in welded joint zone in 3.5%NaCl solution, and the following coupling of those cells may lead to the macro-galvanic corrosion of welded joint. In this corrosion system, heat affected zone works as the anode and the base metal acts as the cathode. As a result, the average corrosion rate of the welded joint of A710 steel is higher than that of the base metal.
