      以具有纳米保温材料内衬的新型钢包为研究对象,通过建立三维有限元模型,运用ANSYS软件分析该种新型钢包与传统钢包在烤包和盛钢两种工况下的温度分布,并研究纳米绝热材料的导热系数对新型钢包温度场的影响。结果表明,在两种工况下新型钢包的温度分布均优于传统钢包,新型钢包包壳的最高温度明显低于传统钢包包壳的最高温度,新型钢包的保温隔热性能比传统钢包更加优良;在一定范围内,新型钢包包壳的温度随纳米材料导热系数的降低而不断下降,当纳米材料导热系数降低80%时,新型钢包包壳的温度分布更加均匀,包壳的最高温度降幅最大,新型钢包的热量损失更小,其保温性能得到明显提升。
英文摘要:
      With a new type ladle with heat insulation nano-material lining as the research object, the 3D finite element model was established,and the temperature field of the new type and traditional ladles were analyzed by ANSYS under the working conditions of ladle baking and steel holding. The effect of thermal conductivity of heat insulation nano-material on the temperature field of the new type ladle was investigated. The results show that temperature distribution of the new type ladle is better than that of the traditional ladle under two different working conditions, and the maximum temperature of the new type ladle shell is obviously lower than that of the traditional one, which indicates that the thermal insulation property of the new type ladle is superior to that of the traditional ladle. Within a certain range,the temperature of the new type ladle shell decreases with the decrease of the thermal conductivity of heat insulation nano-material. When the thermal conductivity of heat insulation nano-material is reduced by 80%, temperature distribution of the new type ladle shell becomes more uniform and its maximum temperature shows the largest decline. In addition,the heat loss of the new type ladle is smaller, which means that the thermal insulation property of the new type ladle is significantly improved.
